What is the difference between a mention and a citation?
A mention is when the AI answer names your brand. A citation is when the answer links to your website as a source. GrixTrack tracks both separately.
What is an AI citation?
An AI citation is a link or source that an AI answer points to. If ChatGPT or Google AI Mode links to your page in its answer, that counts as a citation for your site.
